Affiliate Disclosure

smedin.net is a participant in affiliate marketing programmes operated by various online casinos and gambling operators. When you click on casino links featured on our site and complete a registration or deposit, we may earn an affiliate commission at no additional cost to you.

Commission Independence

We want to be clear that our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. Our casino ratings are based on objective criteria including game selection, security standards, payment methods (including Neosurf), customer support quality, and user experience. We maintain editorial independence and do not rank casinos higher or lower based on commission rates or affiliate partnership terms.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate and sponsored links on smedin.net are clearly marked with a "Sponsored" or "Affiliate Link" badge. Additionally, any casino recommendations that generate affiliate revenue are accompanied by appropriate disclosure notices. We encourage you to review these notices before proceeding to external sites.

Regulatory Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. We are committed to transparent advertising practices as required under UK consumer protection law.

Your Responsibility

We encourage all visitors to gamble responsibly and to conduct their own research when selecting online casinos. Affiliate commissions never obligate you to use any recommended casino. You have the freedom to access these sites independently or through other channels. For responsible gambling support in the UK, please visit BeGambleAware.org.
